Sweet liqueur from berries or plums

This sweet liqueur can be made from any fruit, as well as cherries or plums. Raspberry better not to do - it turns bitter. We have done even from rose petals.
Now ripe red currant. That's out of it and did ...
On a 3-quart glass jar should be 1.5 kg washed and cleaned of twigs of red currants and 800 grams of vodka.
In a glass jar put berries and pour vodka. In a cool and dark place for 40 days.
Then pour the tincture into a separate container and tightly close the lid.
It is best to pour through a special cover with holes. Or just gently pour into another clean jar. through a colander do not!
Put in a glass jar with the berries about 4 cups granulated sugar and shake the jar well to sugar "fell" down, and then top it with another to put 1 cup of sugar. Again, put on 40 days ... a glass jar with tight lid, tincture and put into a dark cool place.
We have to wait 40 days.
Then drain the syrup and strain. Then mix a syrup  and liquid with vodka in a large container. Spill in the bottles. That's it!
Tincture of plums and cherries is just the same. Wash and place in a jar. Bones do not have to pull out.
Attention! Clarification!
For example, a plum requires around 1.3 -1.4 liters of vodka to the jar.
The main thing that berry in the bank was covered with vodka.

  1. When I was younger, I loved these home-made liqueurs. Now, I drink vodka and eat the fruit fresh.
